Accident Prevention
In order to prevent goods damage or missing during delivery, we highly recommend to buy insurance for every vote goods.
According to the rules of DHL, UPS and other express companies, if the goods missing they will only compensate US$100, no matter how much the goods value.
We had bad experience about this issue.
Using Help
Due to the cause of language diversity, there are probably many mistakes existing in the manual translations. We'll do our best to make image-text and video tutorial as detailed as possible.
However, if you are still puzzled, we are more than happy to have a video chat with you.
After-sales Service
We offer 3 ways for after-sales service:
- Phone: Call us if you need, it's quick; but if the problems can be described on phone, try the second way;
- E-mail: It's a better way for resolving problems, you can attach the photos, videos or other information to describe the problems very clearly.
- Ticket: It's the best way, we recommend this method. As the anti-spam filter of the email system, some emails may be filtered to the spam file without any reason.
